 This is a quintessential San Francisco Victorian (a painted lady) in the heart of a beautiful quiet neighborhood. My sister and I are native San Franciscans and world travelers. This is our birth home and work hard to maintain it with care. We currently live here with housemates. The house is four stories full of love.

Bathroom Share: Middle floor has two female roommates on either end of the floor. The available room shares a bathroom with them. An additional 1/2 bath is located on the main level. People are respectful of their time in bathroom and have each been with us for over 8yrs. Showers are split 6a & 10ish in mornings with the occasional evening baths.

Main level common area : foyer, parlor, dining room, living room, 1/2 bath, kitchen, deck & back yard. In Kitchen, you will be provided with area for your food in refrigerator and dry food shelf. We prefer clean eating but do not have a Kosher or Vegan cooking environment. Must adhere to new SF recycle and composting guidelines.

Attic is my sister's & basement is my studio. These are private spaces for our family and not accessible to guests.








This is an active community household with busy schedules. We have a cleaning person 2x a month to clean common areas for routine maintenance but expect each person to also clean up after themselves regularly.
